Last Updated: August 11, 2026

Welcome to Nexus Global Services ("Nexus," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexus Global Services website, https://www.nexuslegalservices.com.mx/, and the services provided by Nexus & Chatzarco Global Services, S. de R.L. de C.V.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

Nexus & Chatzarco Global Services, S. de R.L. de C.V.
Commercial Name: Nexus Global Services

2. Our Services

Nexus Global Services provides professional assistance and support related to immigration, visa applications, travel, documentation, translation, and related services. Depending on the service purchased, our services may include:

  • Mexican immigration, temporary and permanent residency, and regularization assistance
  • Family reunification and visa application assistance
  • Tourist, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Schengen, and other international visa assistance
  • Travel planning, document preparation, document review, and translation services
  • Driver's license, business registration, consultation, and administrative assistance
  • Other services described on our website or communicated directly to the client

The exact scope of services provided to a client may vary depending on the service purchased and the specific circumstances of the client's case.

3. Immigration and Visa Services

Nexus provides assistance and administrative support with immigration and visa-related matters. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Nexus does not make immigration or visa decisions. Decisions regarding visas, immigration status, admission to a country, residency, permits, or other immigration benefits are made exclusively by the relevant government authority, immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or other competent authority.

Our services may include helping clients understand requirements, organize documents, prepare forms, review information, and submit or coordinate applications where authorized. Purchasing our services does not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, residency approval, work authorization, entry into a country, a particular processing time, a particular government decision, or a specific immigration outcome. Government authorities maintain complete discretion over applications and decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Nexus does not guarantee that an application will be approved. Any statements made by Nexus regarding an applicant's eligibility, likelihood of success, estimated processing time, or possible outcome are opinions or assessments based on the information available to us at the time. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Government policies, eligibility requirements, processing times, and documentation requirements may change without notice. Where a government authority changes its requirements after services have begun, additional work or documentation may be necessary.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, truthful, and current information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and authentic documents
  • Notify Nexus of relevant changes to your circumstances
  • Review information before approving submissions
  • Respond to requests for documents or information in a timely manner
  • Attend required appointments, interviews, biometric appointments, or government appointments
  • Follow instructions provided by relevant authorities
  • Pay applicable government fees and third-party charges
  • Maintain valid passports and identification documents where required
  • Inform Nexus of previous visa refusals, immigration violations, or other relevant circumstances
  • Notify Nexus immediately if information submitted in an application is incorrect

Nexus is not responsible for delays, refusals, additional costs, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or late information provided by a client.

6. Authenticity of Documents

Clients must provide genuine and legally obtained documents. You must not provide forged, altered, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise unauthorized documents. If Nexus reasonably believes that a client has provided fraudulent or materially misleading information or documentation, Nexus may suspend or terminate services. Where legally required, Nexus may also be required to report suspected fraudulent activity to an appropriate authority. Payments already made may not automatically be refundable where termination results from the client's fraudulent or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law and the specific service agreement.

7. Consultations

Consultations are intended to provide general information, professional assistance, and guidance based on the information provided by the client. A consultation does not automatically create an ongoing representation or service relationship. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a consultation does not include preparation of a complete application, government filing fees, representation before a government authority, legal representation in court, guaranteed approval, or follow-up services after the consultation. If additional services are required, they may be purchased separately.

8. Legal Services and Professional Representation

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Nexus's services are administrative, consulting, documentation, immigration-support, travel, and related services. Nothing on our website should be interpreted as creating an attorney-client relationship. Where a matter requires representation by a licensed attorney, notary, accountant, or other regulated professional, Nexus may recommend that the client obtain appropriate professional advice. Clients remain responsible for determining whether they require independent legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Travel Services

When Nexus provides travel-related services, certain services may be provided directly by third-party airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, insurance companies, booking platforms, or other travel providers. Third-party providers may have their own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, refund policies, change fees, baggage rules, travel restrictions, and booking conditions. The conditions applicable to a particular travel product or booking will be communicated to the client where applicable. Nexus cannot control events caused by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, governments, border authorities, weather events, strikes, natural disasters, or other third parties.

10. Government Fees and Third-Party Fees

Unless expressly included in the price of a service, government fees, embassy fees, consular fees, immigration fees, application fees, appointment fees, translation fees, courier fees, travel costs, accommodation costs, and other third-party charges are separate from Nexus's professional or administrative service fees. Where applicable, clients will be informed of these additional costs before they are incurred. Government fees and third-party charges may be non-refundable depending on the applicable provider's rules.

11. Pricing and Payment

Prices for Nexus services may be displayed on our website, provided through a quotation, communicated during a consultation, or otherwise agreed upon with the client. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in the currency indicated at the time of purchase; payment may be required before services begin; additional services may incur additional charges; government and third-party fees may be separate; and clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Nexus reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before confirming an order, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. For online purchases, we will provide the applicable payment and service information before the transaction is completed.

12. Cancellations, Refunds and Service Fees

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of service purchased, the stage at which the service has been performed, applicable third-party fees, and applicable Mexican consumer-protection law. Where services have already been performed, fees attributable to services actually provided may not be refundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable service agreement. Government fees, embassy fees, consular fees, third-party charges, translation fees, booking fees, courier charges, and other external costs may be non-refundable when the relevant third party does not provide a refund. If a refund is available, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided by Mexican law.

13. Service Delays

Nexus will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the estimated timeframe communicated to the client. However, processing times may depend on government authorities, embassies, consulates, airlines, third-party providers, document availability, client cooperation, and other factors outside our control. Estimated processing times are not guarantees. Nexus is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, third-party providers, incomplete documentation, inaccurate information, missed appointments, technical problems, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Client Communication

We may communicate with clients through email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, website forms, online portals, or other communication channels agreed upon with the client. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information. Nexus is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information provided by the client.

15. Electronic Communications

By communicating electronically with Nexus, you consent to receiving communications electronically where permitted by law. Electronic communications may include service confirmations, consultation information, document requests, application updates, payment confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related notices. Electronic communications may be used as evidence of communications between Nexus and the client where legally permissible.

16. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website; introduce malicious software; interfere with website functionality; attempt to access another person's account; copy or reproduce website content without authorization; scrape or systematically collect website information without permission; use the website for fraudulent purposes; impersonate another person; submit false information; or attempt to compromise website security. Nexus reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or applicable law.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Nexus website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Nexus. This includes, without limitation, logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, text, graphics, images, videos, marketing materials, documents, software, layouts, and website content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

18. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including government websites, embassies, consulates, payment providers, airlines, hotels, travel companies, social-media platforms, scheduling platforms, and other service providers. Nexus does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

19. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review our Privacy Policy.

20. Confidentiality

Nexus will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by clients. However, confidentiality may be subject to legal requirements, government requests, court orders, regulatory obligations, or other circumstances permitted or required by applicable law. Information may also be shared with authorized third parties when necessary to provide a service requested by the client.

21. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus is not responsible for losses, delays, refusals, or additional costs caused by government decisions, visa or immigration refusals, changes in immigration policies or requirements, government or embassy processing delays, airline decisions, border-control decisions, incomplete or inaccurate client information, fraudulent or invalid documents supplied by the client, missed appointments, failure to respond to requests, third-party service providers, technical failures outside our reasonable control, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Force Majeure

Nexus shall not be considered in breach of these Terms when performance is prevented or materially delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, changes in law, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, power failures, government-system failures, embassy or consular closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when circumstances permit.

23. Suspension or Termination of Services

Nexus may suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary, including when a client provides fraudulent information, submits fraudulent documents, engages in abusive or threatening conduct, repeatedly fails to provide required information, fails to make required payments, or where continuing the service would violate applicable law, create a legal or regulatory risk, or result from misuse of our services. Where applicable, termination and any resulting refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement and Mexican consumer-protection law.

24. No Unlawful Use

You agree not to use Nexus services to commit fraud, obtain immigration benefits through deception, submit false information to government authorities, produce or use fraudulent documents, circumvent immigration laws, facilitate illegal entry into a country, launder money, finance illegal activities, facilitate identity theft, or engage in any unlawful activity. Nexus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to comply with applicable law.

25. Changes to Services

Nexus may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or services from time to time. Where a material change affects a service already purchased, Nexus will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change to affected clients. Nothing in this section affects rights that consumers have under applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. For services already purchased, the terms applicable to the transaction may continue to govern that transaction where required by law or the applicable agreement.

27. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate, waive, or restrict rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable Mexican law. Mexican consumer-protection law recognizes rights relating to clear information, pricing, service conditions, cancellation, refunds, complaints, and fair treatment. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.

28. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Nexus Global Services

We encourage clients to contact us with any concern before pursuing other available remedies.

29. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Mexican States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to a consumer. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permitted. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable service agreement, quotation, invoice, Privacy Policy, refund policy, and other written terms expressly incorporated into a transaction, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the Nexus website and services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement, the specific service agreement will govern the particular service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
